IRIS Systems LLC, operator of ForgeSystems, works to improve accessibility across public pages, dashboards, portals, and supported widgets. Accessibility is an ongoing engineering and content responsibility.
2. Target
Our product work uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the intended target for supported customer-facing surfaces. This statement is a commitment and target, not a claim that every legacy or third-party surface currently conforms.
3. Third-Party and Client Content
Connected providers, embedded services, uploaded documents, and client-authored or client-branded content may have separate accessibility limitations. We work to provide accessible integration boundaries and remediation tools where practical.
4. Assistance and Feedback
If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, email support@forgesystems.io with the page or workflow, the barrier encountered, and your preferred contact method. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Response
We will acknowledge accessibility requests, investigate the affected surface, and provide a reasonable alternative or remediation plan where feasible.
