1. Scope
This policy applies to all use of ForgeSystems, a software platform operated by IRIS Systems LLC. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to account owners, team members, developers, client organizations, and anyone acting through their accounts.
2. Unlawful or Harmful Activity
You may not use ForgeSystems to violate law, infringe rights, facilitate fraud, impersonate another person or organization, distribute malware, harass or threaten others, exploit minors, or create a material risk to people, property, networks, or the platform.
3. Unauthorized Access and Platform Abuse
- Do not probe, scan, bypass, or defeat authentication, authorization, rate limits, tenant boundaries, or security controls.
- Do not access another organization’s data without authorization.
- Do not reverse engineer or interfere with the platform except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use automated traffic that degrades service or ignores published API constraints.
4. Communications
You may not send spam, use purchased or scraped lists, disguise sender identity, continue messaging after an opt-out, or send content prohibited by carriers or communications providers. Email and SMS use is also governed by the Messaging Terms.
5. Regulated and Sensitive Uses
Do not use ForgeSystems for regulated data or high-risk decisions unless the feature, written agreement, and required safeguards expressly support that use. Standard ForgeSystems accounts are not represented as suitable for protected health information, payment-card storage, government-classified data, or fully automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
6. Client and Integration Responsibility
Account owners are responsible for users, clients, workflows, content, integrations, and credentials connected to their organization. White-labeling does not transfer platform ownership or remove the account owner’s duty to provide accurate customer-facing policies and lawful instructions.
7. Enforcement
IRIS Systems LLC may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate affected capabilities or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the platform, or the public. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
8. Reporting
Report suspected abuse to support@forgesystems.io with the subject “Abuse Report.” Include the organization, relevant message or resource, dates, and supporting evidence without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
